Senator Villar, please help me in my predicament....I was a former OFW for nine years, we succumbed to a lot of turmoil here in the philippines and we are now on a hand to mouth existence....an opportunity awaits me in the States with my cousins, but I need to secure first a tourist visa to the States and go there before I can work where she presently works...please help me in this aspect, financial support and visa support to be able to go to the States, please....I promise to pay you back, if you want me to. It's just impossible for me to rise again here in the philippines 'cuz I'm already 57 years old and a breadwinner in the family of six. I'm earning way below the poverty level 'cuz I earn barely 50 pesos per day only, which is not even enough to cater to our daily basic needs even. Please, I knock on your big heart to help me please.... Hon.
